Week 1, 2nd April: Setting Up for Success – Meta Business Suite & Security

  • Correct setup of Meta Business Suite, linking Instagram and Facebook.

  • Security essentials: Avoiding hacks, managing permissions, and recovery strategies.

  • Hands-on activities: Live walkthroughs, security self-checks, a hack attack simulation, and creating an action plan for responding to a hacking incident.

  • Outcome: Participants leave with a secure, fully functional business suite setup.

Week 2, 9th April: Finding Your Voice & Storytelling for Social Media

  • Defining brand voice and crafting engaging content beyond ‘just listed’ and ‘just sold’.

  • Prospecting through organic social media - building trust and establishing relationships.

  • Practical exercises: Self-reflection worksheets, storytelling breakdowns, live writing sprints, developing hooks for reels.

  • Outcome: Participants establish a unique social media voice.

Week 3, 16th April: The Social Media Funnel – From Awareness to Conversion & Analytics

  • Aligning content with the vendor/buyer/tenant journey.

  • Understanding social media analytics and key performance indicators, along with the benefits of regular reports.

  • Hands-on activities: Building a content funnel, audience persona exercises, and analytics review.

  • Outcome: Participants develop a content strategy tailored to their target audience and niche.

Week 4, 23rd April: Training AI to Write in Your Brand Voice

  • Introduction to AI tools for real estate marketing.

  • Practical applications: AI-generated captions, repurposing content, listing descriptions, and video scripts.

  • Hands-on setup: Each participant creates a personalised AI assistant.
